Cognitive Biases App Everyone Needs!

I really miss such an app for the iPhone. There is one in the AppStore, but it’s very limited in functionality, as well as in the quantity and quality of content. If I made such an app, I’d definitely add high-quality search, gamification (tests, quizzes, etc.) and daily notifications/reminders. In my opinion, all these heuristics and biases are very important knowledge that every thinking person should have. And in order to effectively remember such a huge amount of information, the process should be interesting and regular. Just reading it once or twice isn’t enough (and it’s pretty boring sometimes).

How many mistakes could’ve been avoided, how many better decisions could’ve been made, knowing all the flaws of our brain! By the way, many thanks to The Decision Lab for the material for the mockup. They have the largest, most detailed and convenient library on the topic I’ve ever found. And, of course, if for some completely incomprehensible reason you still haven’t read the book “Thinking, Fast and Slow” by Daniel Kahneman, then you should do it as soon as possible!
